1. Permission to Use
You are free to install and use Promptling as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for your personal or professional work.
It’s a simple, no-frills teleprompter — use it however you want on your own devices.
You may:
• Use it for paid or unpaid work
• Customize the code for your own private use (if you dig into the source)
• Install it on any device you personally own

2. Things You Can’t Do
To keep things fair, you may not:
• Sell Promptling or package it inside a paid product
• Rebrand it and claim it as your own
• Redistribute modified versions publicly
• Use the Promptling name or branding in ways that imply ownership or affiliation
Sharing the official link to Promptling is totally fine. Actually we love and encouraged sharing.

3. “As-Is” Disclaimer
Promptling is provided as is. That means, no warranties, no promises, no guarantees.
That includes no guarantees of:
• Performance
• Compatibility across devices or browsers
• Fitness for any specific purpose
• Zero bugs or flawless scrolling
Use it at your own discretion.

4. Liability
By using Promptling, you agree that itsKris and SageBrain, LLC are not liable for:
• Data loss
• Missed lines, timing issues, or on-camera mishaps
• Any damages (direct or indirect) resulting from use
• Any issues caused by modifying or tinkering with the source
If something breaks or scrolls funny during your keynote? That one’s on you.

5. Updates
Promptling may get updates from time to time.
Because it’s a PWA, new versions will typically load automatically the next time you visit or refresh the app, though your device may cache older versions temporarily.
